Driving Down Memory Lane: A Trip to Europe's Automotive Golden Era
Hello, class, I want to share with you in this blog that if time travel were possible, I would like to travel to the past in Europe. Because I'm a fan of cars, and thinking that in the future cars will be electric doesn't appeal to me much. In contrast, in the past in Europe, cars were powerful, with big engines that sounded great. During that era, Formula 1 races were also more interesting, and I believe that Europe hosts the most famous circuits, like Monza, Silverstone, Monaco, and Spa.
I would like to travel to the past, around the year 1975. That's when Niki Lauda, a Formula 1 driver, became the world champion. At that time, sports cars in Europe were very interesting, like the BMW turbo 2002, Ferrari GT4, and other cars. Additionally, I would love to watch Formula 1 races from that era and listen to the distinctive sound of the V12 engines, which they no longer have nowadays and will have even less in the future.
I wouldn't want to stay in that era because, even though I'm a fan of cars, I like my current life, and cars aren't everything. I feel that if I stay in the past, I would be missing out on my present and the future that awaits me.
